The Educator's Network - Where the Learning Community Connects
Welcome to Linkonlearning - A - Z Training and Education Corporation (AZTEC)
You’ve taken your first steps into helping us revolutionize e-learning and education across the globe. By joining our team of visionary educators, you’ll apply your practical experience and creative energy to our network, and help to usher in a whole new era of educational technology.
Linkonlearning was founded in 1997 and constructed using a team of more than 300 educators across North America. Linkonlearning’s K-8 environment grew beyond President Janice Frohlich’s expectations and gained popularity quickly as it addressed special needs, migratory, motivational, and supplemental educational concerns. We’re proud to educate more than 20,000 students worldwide, but it soon became clear that, with talented teachers and nationwide involvement, we could do so much more.
We attended FETC (Florida Education Technology Conference) in January of 2005 and the response we got from our recruitment initiative was, to say the least, impressive. To date, we’ve received more than 4,000 emails, telephone calls, letters, and referral inquiries about this project.
Given our worldwide platform and interest, the road ahead is paved with opportunities for every educator who joins Linkonlearning AZTEC.
Whether you become an Online Instructor, an Exam Proctor in your area, a Facilitator, or a Content Builder, your involvement with Linkonlearning AZTEC starts with your participation in our Forums. Linkonlearning AZTEC's forums provide educators with a meeting place for you to ask questions and share ideas.
So, have a look around. Keep coming back to the Educator’s Network to collaborate with your fellow teachers, access resources for education, find products which fill your teaching needs, and access your personal information.
Begin the application process now by registering as an educator on our network. We’re excited to have you with us.
Educator Positions
Linkonlearning Aztec is building momentum, and we need teachers to help us.

The Facilitator also gives the final approval for all curricula that is used on the AZTEC platform. Another responsibility of the Facilitator is to meet regularly with the Linkonlearning Operations Manager and the Content Builder. Each Unit is individually evaluated as it is completed to ensure that all prerequisites are met. The Facilitator has the final say on what courses are used on the AZTEC platform, so the Facilitator needs to have an overall knowledge of this process and a general knowledge of the curriculum being written.

Our Online Instructors are the center point of Linkonlearning - AZTEC. Primary responsibilities include answering student questions, marking assignments, and basic classroom needs.

Content Builder
Our content builders create and update all our accredited curricula, authoring an 18-week semester. Each builder is responsible for planning, designing, and writing two full semesters and preparing final exams.
Times Estimated
Content Builders should be prepared to spend 60 hours developing content, allowing for editing and revision time, and commit to an additional 20-25 hours over the next 12 months to updating and/or refreshing online content they’ve authored.
The most time consuming aspect of building a course is the actual writing of the content. Building the course through the Build Application is about 15% of the work. If it takes you 50 hours to write the content, inputting the data into the build application will take you roughly 7.5 hours.
Pay Scales
Content Builders are paid through Linkonlearning, Inc. and receive royalties from the revenues received by Linkonlearning from the sale or license of our combined courses. The profit pool from which you are paid is updated each fiscal quarter and all payrolls are tendered at that time. Payment is made by check which is mailed to the address provided in both the Content Builder Agreement and registration information. It is the responsibility of each Content Builder to ensure these addresses are correct and updated as changes occur. Any change of address must be made not less than 30 days prior to the end of the fiscal quarter.
