How to add us to Trusted Sites in Internet Explorer:

Internet Explorer has the option to create a list of Trusted Sites.
Trusted Sites are sites that you trust which need Scripting, Cookies and ActiveX.
Some of your web browsers will be set up with these options disabled for internet use, in order to protect your computer from malicious web pages.

The settings in your Trusted Sites will not affect regular internet usage in any way.
They are only used when visiting a Trusted Site.


To add Linkonlearning to the list of Trusted Sites in Internet Explorer:
  1. On the Menu Bar, select Tools .. Internet Options.
     
  2. Select the Security tab on the Internet Options screen.
     
  3. Select the Trusted Sites icon on the Security screen.
     
  4. Click on the Sites… button.
     
  5. At the bottom of the box that pops up, uncheck "Require server verification (https:) for all sites in this zone"
     
  6. Now type in http://www.aztec.linkonlearning.com and https://www.aztec.linkonlearning.com
     
  7. Click OK to add the trusted sites.

Linkonlearning and Netscape 6:

To enable cookies and JavaScript in Netscape 6 (version 6.2 or later):

  1. On the Menu Bar, select Edit and click Preferences…
     
  2. Select Privacy & Security then Cookies from the Category List.
     
  3. Under Cookie Acceptance Policy, select either Enable cookies for the originating web site only or Enable all cookies.
     
  4. Select Advanced from the Category List.
     
  5. On the Advanced screen, check the following items: Enable Java and Enable JavaScript for Navigator.
     
  6. Click OK to save settings.

Linkonlearning and Netscape 7:

To enable cookies and JavaScript in Netscape 7:

  1. On the Menu Bar, select Edit and click Preferences…
     
  2. Select Privacy & Security then Cookies from the Category List.
     
  3. On the Cookies screen, select either Enable cookies for the originating web site only, Enable cookies based on privacy settings, or Enable all cookies.
     
  4. If Enable cookies based on privacy settings is selected:
     
  5. Click on View.
     
  6. Select low, medium, high or custom level of privacy.
     
  7. If custom is selected for the level of privacy, under for First Party Cookies when a Site has no privacy policy, select Accept, Flag or Session.
     
  8. Click OK to close the Privacy Settings screen.
     
  9. Select Advanced from the Category List.
     
  10. On the Advanced screen, check the following items: Enable Java and XSLT.
     
  11. Click OK to save settings.
